Statement of Purpose:
Many of the young males today do not have a male father figure in their homes, and this is a major problem. Thus, one goal of this conference is the active engagement and collaboration of successful adult African American males to guide, mentor and teach adolescent boys critical thinking and life skills for success. This program can play a pivotal role in improving the lives of the young men by giving purpose to their lives and in the community.
Mission Statement:
To empower, inspire, inform and educate African American males ages 12-25 to dream and to fulfill their destiny one step at a time.
Objective:
To accomplish our mission, we have selected a dynamic group of speakers and workshop presenters from across the country to empower, inspire and inform the participants of this conference.
